We, the dedicated team at our yoga center, are a group of passionate yogis who have spent years practicing and teaching Yoga and Meditation. With over a decade of global teaching experience, our mission is to revive and share the lost wisdom of authentic yoga.

At our yoga center, we believe in teaching “yoga as it is”—the pure knowledge passed down by ancient yogis. Over the past year, our focus has been on spreading this timeless wisdom through specialized courses like Kids Yoga, Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga, and 200- & 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Programs.

Anyone can enroll in the Yoga Teacher Training Course at our Yoga center, regardless of their prior yoga experience. Earning certifications such as the 200-Hours Yoga Training Certificate, 300-Hours Yoga Training Certificate, and YCB Certification from our Yoga center will empower you to become a skilled yoga trainer and a full-fledged yoga instructor. This Yoga Teacher Training Certificate is available to everyone, not just in India but worldwide, irrespective of age. While the minimum age requirement at our Yoga center is 12 years old, participants should be proficient in Hindi, English, or any other language that can be both spoken and written.

What Is The Duration Of The Course?

At our Yoga center, the course duration varies based on the program you choose. The YCB Certification Course lasts for 1 month, the 200 Hours Yoga Teacher Training Course (YTTC) runs for 2 months, while the 300 Hours Course is designed for a 3-month duration.

What We Will Teach

  • At our Yoga center, you will learn Yoga Sukshma Vyayama (Micro Circulation Practices) and understand how they affect the body. We also cover Shula Vyayama (Macro Circulation Practices) and their impact on overall health. Practice Surya Namaskara with mantra chanting and synchronized breathing patterns.
  • Gain in-depth understanding of preparatory breathing practices and pranayama, and learn how these influence your body. We provide complete knowledge of Bandhas such as Jalandhara Bandha, Uddiyana Bandha, and Mula Bandha.
  • Explore Yoga cleansing techniques like Kapalbhati and Yogic Shat Karma practices including Sutra Neti, Jala Neti, Vamana Dhauti, and Vatakrama. Participate in prayers featuring Pranava, hymns, Nishpatti Bhava, universal prayers, and yogic mantras.
